Small business owners wear many hats.
My goal is to offload just how many
you wear at one time.
introduction
After years of opening and managing restaurants and bars in both Boston and New York City, I opened my vision of a neighborhood restaurant in my very own neighborhood. It was scary. It was successful. It was hard, and then some. And it was an absolute blast. It is still there, serving as the cozy little community space I dreamed it would be.
Now, it is my mission to bring others’ dreams to life.
I help business owners, creatives, and entrepreneurs build operationally-sound, ethos-backed business models of their own by providing expert project management and personalized, assessment-based guidance and operational support.
